We have listed some basic information about ourselves below, including our professional background, our goals and expectations for Crescent Bar Resorts and how to join our family—as a renter or home owner.
Tom and Debbie Park, Owners
Tom owns not only Crescent Bar Resorts Inc. but also Rose Builders Corp. and Lees Fence Co. out of Seattle. He has been a sales manager and specialty contractor at Brick & Tile Masters Inc; a boat captain off the coast of California and Washington; and the past owner of Tile Masters and Pacific NW Tile.
Debbie's experience is no less diverse. A longtime postal employee, she finds her service base approach at Crescent Bar Resorts to be her strong suit. She enjoys coordinating all the local events and scheduling clientele at Crescent Bar. She also splits her time with the two businesses back in Seattle, acting as a sales manager and bookkeeper at Brick & Tile Masters, Inc. and at Lees Fence Co. You might be surprised to learn that Debbie was also an Air Force Sergeant, specializing in structural repair.
Tom and Debbie Park have been married for 16 years and thoroughly enjoy their four daughters and four grandchildren. Both enjoy boating, traveling, outdoor activities and staying in Montana at their other vacation home.
Home Sweet Home
Tom and Debbie first began in the rental industry in Montana. They own and rent out a gorgeous A-frame home called Park Place, in Livingston, MT, close to Yellowstone National Park. It is a four bedroom, five bath luxury rental home with an indoor pool, hot tub and grill.
The Parks' loved being part of each family's vacation plans and lifelong memories so when they purchased their first home in Sunserra; they decided to create the premiere rental agency in Crescent Bar and Sunserra Resorts. For our guests, we strive to offer only the best homes at the times you want them. For our homeowners, we are acquiring the most exclusive homes throughout the Sunserra at Crescent Bar area, monitoring our growth closely so each homeowner can rent out their home as frequently as they'd like and for the longest period.
We are intentional in our choice to stay small and focused for our rental contracts. This allows us to offer all the premium services you desire while allowing us to fill each rental to capacity.
