Rental Rates for April 14, 2006 - April 13, 2007

Summer Rates:
Sunday thru Thursday $250.00 per night
	Apr 14 - May 25 May 30 – Jun 29 Jul 5 – Aug 31 Sep 4 - Oct 28
3 night minimum rental on summer rates

Winter Rates:
Sunday thru Thursday $225.00 per night (includes Holiday)
	Oct 29 – Apr 13
3 night minimum rental on winter rates

Holiday Rates:
All days $400.00 per night
	May 26 – May 29 Jun 30 – Jul 4 Sep 1 – Sep 3
4 night minimum rental on Holiday rates

Please note while Sunserra still requires additional completion of area construction, some amenities are not yet available. All guests must abide by HOA Rules.
Rental contract must be signed by someone 25 years of age or older.

• Applicable taxes not included in above rates
• 10% discount on weekly rentals
• 20% discount on monthly rentals
• Mid week cleaning available at additional charge
• $750.00 security deposit required 30 days prior to check in date, no credit cards will be accepted for security deposit.
• 50% rental rate due at booking, payable by credit card, cash, check, money order
• 50% remaining rental rate due 30 days prior to check in date
• No Smoking
• No Pets
• No Lighting Candles
• Sleeps up to 6 persons
• No children under 12 years of age
